Create a Cheese Database with Pairing/Matching through API calls

**MUST READ BEFORE BIDDING! THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST ** Hello, I'm making a cheese info and pairing database. The project requires the following tasks: 1. Create a database of cheeses (about 1,500-2,000 entries with filters) with admin editing of tags, fields, description, and images (no user submitted content). Some web scraping involved. Currently, there is no user registration or e-commerce functionality to be implemented. EXAMPLE 1.1: user searches for CHEESE 'cheddar' from Search Landing Page. User is directed to Search Results Display Page with various types of “Cheddar” cheeses. User is directed to Search Results Display Page with the above criteria. EXAMPLE 1.2: user searches for CHEESE'*' (blank entry) and COUNTRY (filter) 'France' AND 'Germany' and TYPE (filter) 'blue' AND 'soft ripened' and MILK (filter) "goat". User is directed to Search Results Display Page with the above criteria. 2. Create a search tool so users can search for CHEESE, and find which PASTA, MEAT, and WINE pair with them through RESTful APIs of OTHER recipe websites. EXAMPLE 2.1: user searches for CHEESE 'cheddar', and selects in PASTA (category) 'spaghetti' AND 'ravioli' AND 'penne' and output is the different types of cheddar which have said pastas associated with them on a recipe site. Will submit designs to clarify. EXAMPLE 2.2: user searches for CHEESE '*' (blank entry) and selects in WINE (category) 'white' AND 'merlot' AND 'port' in all above examples the cheese in the database is shown in a results page, with data passed through filters, and a ranking of recipes which contain the cheese as well as certain PASTA, MEAT and WINE called from 3rd party cheese websites. Do you have a wordpress template that you can suggest (either one you find or have used in past) that would work for this project? 2.
