1) Create from scratch "Customer/ Delivery Details" Form - NO Header design to be completed ONLY the Body of the form (Header & Foter Branding will added by us at a later date. - ALL fields to be fillable by a user but user cannot 'edit', Owner (ME) can remove restriction to 'edit'. - Some specific fields are mandatory (marked with *) - User can either fill the form out digitally on P.C or hopefully device/s or choose to print and manually fill out, this means that the allowance for the 'fillable' text must leave ample space for the user to also write manually. - Some fields to have dropdown boxes with specific data, or require 'fixed' amount of characters ie. Phone # and mobile #. Required fields and simple plan of existing form will be supplied after the project has been awarded
