We are international art fair organizers looking for a team to maintain and update our sales database. In need of a person who has experience navigating ACT! software in order to scan our existing system for errors, duplicates, and information that no longer exists.
We are looking for someone specifically to:
-Remove all duplicates from the ACT! Software
-NOTE: Many of our contacts are NOT considered duplicates if they are in multiple locations, have multiple contacts at specific galleries, etc....)
-Research all gallery contacts via Internet to confirm the following:
-Does the contact still exist?
-Is the contact still at the noted address?
-Is the contact information correct?
-Update specific contacts at the gallery
-Indicate the gallery type within the Detail View of each contact (i.e. Contemporary, Antique, Press, Collector)
NOTE: Galleries can have more than one Gallery Type
Accuracy is key with this project. Once project has been assigned, we will assign you a username and password so you may immediately begin the project.
Time sensitive project must be completed within 10 days of close of bidding
