Please do not quote for this task unless you have the resources to do it. Please quote your best price in cost per thousand entries. I cannot stress the importance of accuracy and this not a job for new contractors trying out GAF. That is not to say it cannot be done in part by capable bidders but transactions must be accurate.
This task has been advertised before and four sample tests were way below acceptable standard so I ignored and re-advertised the contract.

This is a very large task calling for ultimate first time accuracy without correction. This database will contain every live music venue in the western world and will need validation of entry then check email address. I have verified information for North America. This needs entry and verification is simple but accuracy in this task is paramount.
This task will have a number of contractors and time is of the essence. Timing promises must be kept or the contract cancelled.
The total number of entries will exceed 500,000 but all countries will be covered within the year so do not quote for this work unless you are able to complete 30,000 entries per month.
