Hello My name is Debolina Sarkar, and I am a Chemical Engineering graduate. I shall be starting graduate school this fall, so have a few months to kill before that (hence Freelancer). Looking at your problem, I believe the script shouldn't take much time to write and is fairly straight-forward. As far as Python is concerned, I have been using it for the past three years. Apart from that, I also write in C, C++, and MATLAB, based on what I wish to achieve. Until December last year, I was at MIT working on my undergraduate thesis in computational immunology, so I have also used Python for solving fairly complex problems. I'm currently working on my graduate project and I have some free time. My main specializations are Computer Vision (OpenCV) and Machine learning (Python) so any algorithm needed won't be a problem. Python is my main Programming language and I have done many projects for my company and university in it. Particularly I've worked on data analysis and plotting graphs and contours. In those tasks initial step has always been parsing data from input files. If you want, I can train some machine learning model on your data, so it could predict the price of the new data input. This can also give you information about relationships between variables and their significance. This project seems very interesting and I'm sure I can complete it with great success rate. Also, I am looking forward to work on any similar data analyse, machine learning projects you may have in the future. ;) I have to say that I'm new on Freelancer so I haven't passed any of the exams yet.
