Analyze some Data

 Liaising with bankers, insurers and solicitors regarding financial transactions.  Preparation of Sales Order and Purchase Order.  Preparation of invoices through quick box system and responsible for collections.  Preparation of payments for any project.  Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly costing for contract renewals.  Preparing vouchers and maintaining systematic book keeping.  Checking the cash book and / day book and various Ledgers of Accounts.  Preparation of annual company accounts and reports.  Petty cash management.  Provide report to management whenever they need information.  Managing the Database for Contracts entered into by the company.  Responsible for answering to customers phone inquiries.  Preparation of Payrolls.  Prepare all the required documents related to company such as trade license, classification certificate etc…  Monitoring the Employees legal document (Visa, Labor Card, Passport, Medical Card and Emirates ID).  Preparation of staff salaries by WPS.  Management of account receivable and account payable.
