I am looking for someone to:
- Book in viewings for properties online using Rightmove and Zoopla,
Confirm bookings ,
- Manage the diary to ensure all viewings are within a timely manner (45 minutes to 1 hour apart) ,
- Find out the asking property price in comparison to properties of the same layout within 1/4 of a mile and email over two sold prices of the same layout in that area alongside the property booked in.
- Go to Croydon magistrates court website page to find out when cases named as "Mortgages" are listed and note that in the diary for me to attend.
The above to be booked in for Wednesday and/or Thursday each week. (times to be confirmed) .
Once I have carried out the viewing I will send back some which you would then:
-research the value of the property in a good condition
-work out how much money is needed to purchase the property on a mortgage
-work out the returns on the property (the return on investment)
-find comparables on the property within a quarter of a mile.
-Workout the investors return after deducting 50% of profit and 20% tax.
-complete a property summary form which the above is detailed in .
The above will be carried out on a weekly bases and should take up to 4-5 hours a week. Detailed step by steps will be provided for the above. 30 minute skype calls once a week are required to provide help and assistance in areas where needed and to clarify diary bookings for the week. This will help to build the relationship and if over time you enjoy working in the property industry, could be opportunity to get more involved in more ways than one. This role is a long term ongoing role which will grow for those who wish to grow.
