I have 1.5 years experience in hadoop and big data analytics. I have read the description this problem is very easily solveable by using hadoop. If you have good machines with Ram like 32GB then i would recommend apache spark for this that is 100x faster than hadoop. If its really about 14 million rows per month then these 14 million rows can be processed in roughly less than hour. You don't need a big data solution for this :) but if you are willing i can do this for you. I have worked in AWS and i would recommend you amazon but i can try azure if that is what you need.

I have knowledge on Hadoop ,Pig,Hive,sqoop ,Flume. We need Hadoop ,Hive for processing the data , and we need some 2013 MS Excel( reporting tool) which is having odbc driver for Hive ,to plot the graphs based on the your input conditions.
