Determine Customer Lifetime Values

Hi there, We would like to understand our customer lifetime value a little better and have gathered plenty of data in one big sheet. What we would like to know: - What countries are converting the best (New Depositing Customers (NDC) divided by Hits) - What countries have the highest customer lifetime value (Total Commission divided with number of players (New Depositing Customers). - What countries have the players that turnover the most on sport (Turnover Sport divided with number of players (New Depositing Customers). One important factor for lifetime value (and how much players are turning over as well) is how "old" the customer base is. The earlier we made the customer the more the customer has had a chance to contribute with earnings. Hence, we need to calculate some way to express this - so we can compare numbers (so its possible to compare an old customer base with a younger customer base and determine what country will bring the highest customer lifetime value). From all the data you can see when customers are generated across the months; I am all open for your take on how to calculate/express above:) I reckon the best way to do this would be to enable all the data in a pivot table - where we can then work dynamically with the data afterwards. First of all we need to sheet light on the things above. Thats where we need you to come in. br, Jonas NOTE: I am only attaching a sample.
