A custom menu component in Delphi

I want a design-time component that will allow me to create a menu like the one on the attached project. The component must be able to set the main menu options and submenu options (if they exist). Final goal is to create the menu as it is on the attached project. 1) All options (main and sub) will have an OnClick event. 2) The main option is always an image on the top and caption on the bottom. The images will be loaded from ImageList (with PNG Support) 3) All menu options like color, font, background, hover color, click color etc must be properties 4) Also submenu will have its own ImageList (smaller images) and all colors will be configurable (Background, font, text color etc) 5) I want to have option "Clickable" for menu items. If you notice some options like Menu3, Menu4 and Menu5 are NOT clickable. 6) On click The color will change to "clicked" and this must be happen to both menu and sub menu items. 7) Submenus have a small arrow, you must create that as well. Using Draw/Paint methods or by defining an image file (PNG) that will be loaded. It must be compiled and compatible with Delphi XE7
