DNN password protect page module

DotNetNuke 5 module required with the following options. We want to give the option to a child portal ownere who has NOT Admin rights (but another role, ie Editor)to password protect the pages of his child portal. The childportal owner will set the password and then share the password with visitors of he site he wants to allow to view the site. Childportal owner will enter password, and the email where he will receive the password requests. Then he should be able to email the password to email addresses he enters in he form. When a visitor comes to the site that is protected, he will see a message "Enter the password to have access" and "If you have no password, request one by entering name, surname, email" Childportal owner will enter password, and the email where he will receive the password requests. This is a very urgent project and we want it complete in one day!
