Content Manageable site with SEO optimizations

This is for a site that sells scrap metal junk vehicles. To facilitate visibility regardless of how people search, a series of dynamic templates will be created to ensure there is a matching page for virtually any type of query Location (City, State, Zip), type of vehicle (Car, Bus, Truck, Boat, Suv) Brand / Model (Mercedes, Mercedes CLK320). There has to be a drill down ability where a consumer can choose their state go to a state page and from there choose their city, and be taken to a city page. The same goes for cars choose a manufacturer page on that page there is a list of models you can click on to get to a model page. Keeping in mind SEO is absolutely essential for this site. We need to make sure the pages all look as though they actually exist in a live version even if they are dynamically built on the fly. To that end, we would expect that the dynamic xml sitemap has links to all of the different cities and states as well as all of the manufacturer / model types. The URLs need to be flat and keyword rich be it through a URL rewrite or the initial naming convention. For example: Local URLs: [login to view URL] Model URLs [login to view URL] Top Level Requirements 1) Site to be built in CMS Drupal. 2) We would be using Drupal Pathauto module, in order to facilitate URL reconstruction ([login to view URL] for more information). If there’s anything better than this Drupal module to manage links the way we want, we would accept it, however we would like something that can guarantee that any link will be seen like explained above in this email and using more than simple Apache mod_rewrite. Required Site Functions to include: A) City and State level dynamic pages (city and states DB will be provided). B) Dynamic brand and model level pages e.g. Cash for Mercedes, Cash for CLK 320s, etc. (like the link models given above). C) Dynamic page for types of vehicles cars, trucks, etc. D) A dynamic sitemap to support it all that works with Google sitemaps. E) Spanish language translation (static content that will be provided). F) Entire Drupal HTML Template production (we will provide designs in JPG and/or PSD). We will be providing server with Drupal pre-installed and Pathauto already installed. Resource will only need to configure everything to work as requested and do HTML production. Very important to say is that we have a deadline for this project for: November 3rd.
