Combine two small PCB designs into one (ATMEL / Arduino)

We have designs for two small boards (two chip plus supporting discretes) - an Arduino processor board and a 'shield. We need these two board designs combined to form one board, using the exact same circuit - ie no circuit design involved. Estimated total PCB size 80mm x 80mm or so. Mostly through hole, total of 4 ICs plus usual discretes. Current board designs / schematics available in Eagle. We require the combined board back as an Eagle file. No actual design required, although some familiarity with Ardunio / Atmel would be useful if further tweaks are required later on. Please help us to help you.... all one line submissions will be ignored, please explain or point to examples as why you are ideal for the job.
