Create a clear and working schematic and Bom for arduino project

I am looking someone who is experienced circuit designer , You have to create clear Schematic which should functional and check simulation , find issues in existing schematic. it is android device which should operate on lipo battery , so you have fit charger + power option on the board , bluetooth module and STM Arduino circuit on board with few mini usb connectors. we should discuss other details over chat.
