Job is for a DesignWorks Professional Project of the following specification: - An Excess-3 BCD to 7-Segment Decoder (the inputs will instead range from 00112 to 11002 inclusive) - Inputs ABCD that range from 00002 to 00102 and 11012 to 11112 are DON'T CARES; and can be expressed anyway that is most efficient. - A two-level circuit that uses no more than 12 gates, with a total fan-in of 27 or less.
