Android App for business location(repost)

I have a list of businesses that I would like to have in a Android App. The app, would allow a user to locate the closest business to their current location. There should be a tie-in to email and phone if the user chooses to contact them or driving directions. The App will have banners are the top for the FREE version and no banners for the paid version. Paypal payment will be used for the paid version. The app will also need to be able to be updated with new lists of businesses. The app will also have the following option for the user: Notes, About. When Notes is chosen, the will receive a form with the following to enter data: Your Name Your Phone Your Email Location Date Persons involved 1 Persons involved 2 Persons involved 3 Notes Attach a picture The About option, I will provide the data for that. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Android
