Changing Settings on Zen Cart Shopping Cart

I have an online jewelry company where I am using Zen Cart as my shopping cart. I need someone to change/modify the settings below. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THE WORKER HAS EXCELLENT ENGLISH SPEAKING/UNDERSTANDING SKILLS. The shopping cart address is http://www.shop.lechicusa.com. Here is what I need: 1. adding pictures showing different angles of some of the jewelry styles. I don't need this for every single style and I will provide with all photos. 2. I want to change the pictures of the credit cards that we accept in the "checkout" section of the website. This has to be defined in the database and language file for specific credit card types in my FTP File Manager 3. how can I put sales/pictures of models on the home screen right when someone gets there so it is the first thing customers see when they come to the shopping cart page? I still would like the out of stock items to be listed under the picture. 4. I currently only have free shipping within the US. How can I make the setting that it will cost $6 for shipping for int'l customers? Is there a way that I can have choices set for different types of shipping such as next day or 3 day also? 5. how do I separate quantity or units in stock per size (rings only)? 6. how can I clean out my history without deleting anything important? Right when you log in, there is a message at the top saying that there is memory that needs to be cleaned out because it is a few months old. 7. how do I change what it says on the zen cart tab when a customer is on my shopping cart site? I want it to say "Le Chic USA Shop" 8. when a password is forgotten and a new one is sent to the customer's email, no email gets sent. How can I fix this? 9. how can I edit the shopping cart contents where you add checkout instructions? It says in the Zen Cart faq to go to includes/languages/english/[login to view URL] in my ftp file manager but I don't see the [login to view URL] file anywhere. 10. I need to add 2 different taxes based on county tax and one for state tax. Is there a way to do this? 11. instead of making a customer register if they want to purchase something, how can I change it so they have the option to checkout as a guest? Joanna
