Coder/Programmer Needed for Google Products, Shopzilla, Shopping.com, BizRate.com, Amazon.com type of site

I want to create a modified Amazon or Google Products. Vendors pay to be listed on my site -- their products and special prices load. At checkout buyers are automatically asked for donate 10% to a charity. OR they can increase the donation percentage. 10% is the starting point and the amount (whatever 10% is will show to the side, so they know much they are donating, as they increase the %age, the new dollar amount will also load). All donations come to my site's account. All orders are logged on my end but then sent to the vendor for shipping. So if the vendor is [login to view URL], I will receive notification of the order, but the notification is also sent to [login to view URL] for them to pack and ship. My marketing plan is solid, so when I go after large vendors, I know I will secure them. Can this be done? I know I'll need a large server with high capacity. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
