Decrypt a FREE Php PLugin

I downloaded a FREE wordpress plugin that is no longer being updated and I want to customize it because its no longer being updated, but I noticed that the php file is encoded In the plugin folder it has PHP file [url removed, login to view] Licence file I have attached all 3 I am guessing that I need someone to decode the [url removed, login to view] and decrypt the php file???? I need to customize the plugin to my own liking and i cant do that while its in this state and being as its no longer being updated and was free.
