Hi, I work for an Alternate Energy System Design / Integrator. We build Sun Tracker Solar Panel Frames for Industrial and Home use. I have a good Handle on designing Such Systems and Integrating them Together. I have done a Vertical Axis Wind Turbine for a similar Street Light Mount Design in past.
