Business Continuity (BCP)/ Disaster Recovering Planning (DRP) Consultor - repost

• Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity procedures describing all systems recovery processes for all system components are developed, implemented and tested. • Promote, administer and monitor an effective Business/ disaster recovery capabilities within Strate. • Develop and implement business impact analysis and document effective and efficient business continuity plan • Develop an appropriate off site data and document repositories to be utilized if information were to be irretrievable at production data centres due to a disaster situation • Develop and implement test plans to provide fail-over capacity of all mission critical server , applications and networks • Develop templates for standardizing all technical backup and recovery procedures for all site • Develop,review and standardize all recovery plans,including process and procedural standards to address routine,backup,redundancy and recovery architecture • Provide a leadership role in organizing and conducting business resumption interviews and planning sessions • Determine critical business processes and establish resources required for successful resumption of business operations in the event of a disaster. • Plan and coordinate the DR testing. • Produce reports on incidents, root cause analysis, risks, project changes, capacity and performance. • Ensure appropriate change control requirements are adhered to and that production issues and changes are implemented.
