Create a Simple Stock Order using Web base

I'm looking for someone to help me built a Live web base Order Purchasing List (data entry).

This will be a simple Purchase Order List, but in a web base, consisting 1 master order list to control over a few supplier.

I will add in purchase order required daily into a MASTER ORDER LIST and choose the supplier.

This will be a long list of item required over some time.

My supplier(s) will log into their own SUPPLIER ORDER LIST account to see what item has been updated daily or hourly.

They will then fill in the description box to inform me as the estimate delivery time for the new order or update the item which has been posted out to me on my previous order.

Since we have a different time for order being delivered to us even we order them on the same date, there will be lots of item hanging around awaiting delivery from factory, while new orders being pump in everyday, this Web Base Purchase Order date entry will help:

to eliminate duplicate orders have been made by using a single Master Ordering Screen for all Different Suppliers

the list will stay there until item are being confirm delivered or cancelled to another page.

to make sure NO orders will be left out or forgotten even on a very long waiting order list

easy to add order into Purchase Order Screen even just one single item any time anywhere

save time in creating Purchase Order

real time update with refresh button for supplier to know what been uploaded

auto sent email to supplier once new order update

I have attached a sample of what I'm looking for in this job.
