Hi, Very interesting project :) So, first we need to convert the form into a fillable pdf. The fee is $20 per page (+ 10% freelancer.com's fee) Could you inform me how many pages you need to be converted? I might be able to give you a better price. And to create a tool to extract the fillable pdf's content into an Excel file there would be a further $50 for 1 type of form no matter how many pages. Hello BCraun1, I have created fillable forms in Excel making only the entry fields editable and protecting the rest of the fields. There are two options now :-1) to create the form in excel and convert the file to pdf or 2) to create the form in pdf keeping editable fields. Please send a sample of your form(s), so that I am clear in what exactly your need is. teeares

Hello Sir, I read through the job details extremely carefully and I am absolutely sure that I can do the project very well. I am very good with PDF to Excel/Word.
