Adwords Pivot Table / Best performing Ads Report

I have a .csv file with all the Text Ads from the past year, both paused and Active ads with all of the conversion values. 1) I need someone to create a Pivot Table OR make a concise report with the best performing Text Ads. 2) The best performing Ads should be based on highest CTR, Conversions, and any other value important to show how it is the best performing Text AD. It shouldn't take you more than half hour to create this report.
