Create a user form for excel to help with data entry requirements. Spreadsheet already has column headings with data validation including lists and named ranges. There are 32 Fields required in the data form comprising of dates, times, data validated lists, text fields etc. User form needs to open when file is opened and have dynamic buttons such as "Add new record" "Edit Record". "Forward" "Back" "Date Picker" . Also - User Form and spreadsheet needs to be in same colour scheme as company LOGO/templates if possible.
