Create VBA script to copy-search-replace data between XLS and DOC

We use Office 2013. We have 1 .xlsx file and several .dot files. We need a script (VBA) to copy some data in .xlsx, search tags in .docx and replace these tags by the data from .xlsx. Please, CHECK THE FILES ATTACHED. In the .xlsx file, currently when we fill the "Date" column on a new line, the "ID" column is automatically incremented. When we fill the "Date", we want another automatic creation of 2 buttons on each new line. On each line, we switch different options. Then, we click "Button 1" on the same line. Based on these options, the script will: • Open a new .docx from one of the .dot ([login to view URL]) • Copy specific cells from the .xlsx • Find tags in the .docx, like [[[TAG1]]] • Replace each tag by the corresponding .xlsx cell content. • Save the .docx (in PDF would be better) on a specific drive/path (the drive/path must be set up in advance, so the save is automatic without any action or selection from user side). (file name = column "Lot" from .xlsx). And again for a second button ("Button 2") and a second Word file ([login to view URL]). We also need minor VBA functions: - If column "Result" = ("" or "Not finished"), then Button 1 and Button 2 must be deactivated (unclickable). - if column "Phase 1" or "Phase 2"…. or "Phase 5" = ("" or "KO"), then Button 2 must be deactivated (unclickable). - If column "Type" = "Type 1", then use the .dot file "[login to view URL]" when clicking Button 1.  If column "Type" = "Type 2", then use the .dot file "[login to view URL]" when clicking Button 1. ...... If column "Type" = "Type 7", then use the .dot file "[login to view URL]" when clicking Button 1. The design of the .dot files is not done yet. I put only the tags inside, but I need to remain free to do whatever I want on these documents and place the tags anywhere I want with any format (font, size etc.), and the replacement must keep the format. It must work with any font on my system, including special latin caracters. WE NEED THIS VERY FAST !!! DELIVERY MAX: NEXT MONDAY (better next saturday).
