Seeking a quantitative analyst / modeler who is well versed to deliver a powerful and flexible trading tool in either a web based platform (Python or Excel/Access). (I have the Excel file from [login to view URL] but it is incomplete). I am looking to set up strategies based on historical analysis that use a mix of quantitative and fundamental methods to determine the validity and correctness. This position entails: --Creating proven technical indicators such as ADX, moving average crossovers, stochastics, Bollinger bands, and DMI, RSI and /or Ichimoku Kinko Hyo. --Identifying profitable opportunities specifically short term, but also long term trading while managing my risk. --Setting up and calculate trading signals on a large number of stocks, funds, or spreads within seconds based on our parameters set forth. --Backtesting to test and examine the data analysis and testing various stocks and time periods. Please produce examples of similar jobs completed that mirror the above along with your relevant background and/or experience with your bid. I will have any and all ownership rights on this project.
