I worked in multinational firm as an HR Manager and have had extensive skills in using Excel for data extraction and analysis, report generation from HR databases like headcounts, staff turnover, payroll data analysis, etc. The reports were being distributed to 16 offices in the Middle East.
In order for me to start the project, I would like to do brainstorming with you to understand the project scope and your requirements, e.g. format template, data entry and vaidation. Below is the list of my of proposed project plan and milestone:
Day 1:
Create a sample format and obtain prior approval from the employer.
Once the employer approves the format, freelancer will prepare a rough data entry for employer's review.
Days 2 to 3:
Freelancer to start enterting the data into the spreadsheet.
Days 4 to 5:
Employer to review the completed spreadsheet.
Freelancer to work out any amendments.
Day 6:
Employer to have the final review of the completed spreadsheet.
Freelancer to work out any additional amendments.
Freelancer to validate the data entry prior to submission of the final spreadsheet to the employer.
Day 7:
Submission of the final spreadsheet to the employer.
