Clickable icons on facebook, twitter and youtube

Hello, is the below doable? Below are the details I wanted to update on these pages, let me know if you can do this. Facebook: [login to view URL] These are the following changes I would like on FB: 1) When users login- they see the logo. I wanted to add a box-like display similar to a stamp (in a diagonal in the open space just by the anchor) that would say "You may be eligible for a Scholarship. See our Upcoming/Current Programs tab below for more information and to download an application form." And I wanted this to be clickable and it would take them to the Upcoming/Current Programs tab 2) Is there a way to move the "About" (not About Us tab) and "Photos" tab to the end of the tabs so that the other tabs can move up to the left? 3)Please look at all the tabs, the fonts are not consistent. Headings are not properly bolded. There are some light fonts, dark fonts. Can you please pick a font style and size for headings and make it consistent throughout. Same for the body of the message- make them all consistent. I find these fonts are too tiny and don't "pop"- they don't look professional. For the URL links, please let them have the same shade of blue. 4) Upcoming/Current Programs tab- instead of showing the url link for YouTube, is there a way to actually insert the YouTube video here? 5) For the google docs link (to download an application form) in the Upcoming/Current Programs tab, Practical Entrepreneurship Program tab and StartUps Programs tab, instead of just pasting the url there, can you have a "Download Application Form" button there instead? 6) I am working on a poster right now and I'll send that to you so that you can use the jpg of the poster to change the picture on the Upcoming/Current programs tab 7) Our Mission & Core Values tab: I just need to change the text slightly here. Twitter: I would like you to create about 11 clickable icons, you'll see the icon for FB, and Youtube in the Word doc to see how the icons look like. We don't have to use the same shape or design for the icons as long as it looks nice and professional. I would like the icons to be named and be clickable.
