Artistic Flash Animation 2

I need somebody with artistic Flash skills to create a Flash animation that will be used as the header of a website. The animation is based on a series of still images of 3 different houses - images were grabbed in sequence from Google's street views. The tone of this animation is nostalgic and sentimental so I've given all the images a vintage sepia tone effect. I've also done a pseudo-engraved illustration effect for each of the 3 houses. I want MORE than just a slideshow. I think since this is an animation based all on still images that the Ken Burns effect, panning and zooming etc, should be used. I've also included an MP3 of the music to be used. There needs to be a small mute/on/off button in a corner of the animation.
