Animated Flash Movie Banner Ad - repost

Our client needs a Flash Banner Ad with 8 seconds animation of an abusive adult official + victim citizen. The animation can be taken from frames of any existing US public domain HD video. This animation can also be acted out by typical North American body types dressed appropriately in conformity with an actual case you determine available. Or, the animation can be well drawn sequential image cells. The original work should 20 FPS but new versions may be required at differing fps rates as may be specified by target ad sites such as Google, NewsMax, etc. In this case, a change in the FPS and nothing else will be needed. Original size scalable 720 X 300. Max file size: 150K Contains Actionscript 2 or 3 (preferable 3) which will be provided. Movie to contain, also, sufficient SEO META data to obtain search engine indexing. Scenario: 1. Start: Created 450 X 100 Logo 2. Start: Animation begins 3. 1 seconds: H2 headline appears 4. 1.75 second: H3 block appears 5. 6-8 seconds +: animation loops up to 30 seconds 7. You suggest other conforming, non-distracting features 8. USA RWB color scheme Please provide actual Flash examples of your work. Adobe Flash preferred; but, if you work in Swish, that is also acceptable. For Logo the PSD must be provided. You must make within 24 hours differing sizes as may be called from time-to-time by simply adjusting layout. This will occur if target site sizes vary. No more than 10 such adjustments are expected.
