Banner Design for Google Adwords

I need a designer to prepare 2 Banners for me, to be used in Google Adwords. Size of the Banner is Square 250*250 & Leaderboard 728*90 I want the Banner to Display 5 to 10 product pictures one after the another in a Slideshow. A price tag (text) with each Product eg (Was £ xxx (strikethrough), Now £ xxx) Ptomotion Text (Enter Code XXXX at Checkout) and Website URL I should be able to change the pictures and the text later to use it for promoting various products, and i should be able to link the banner to the URL of my choice (depending on which landing page on my website i want the banner to be linked with) Please note that the banner is needed to be designed in accordance with Google requirements, and the finished banner has to be accepted by google.
