Banner and Logo Design

We are looking for a good graphic designer who can create several image files for our website. The project is divided into three parts: 1) ICO, 2) LOGO and 3) ANIMATED BANNERS. For the ANIMATED BANNERS part, we will need to be able to further change any texts that are part of the images after the job is done. Therefore it is important that we discuss the software you are using to create the gifs, jpgs, etc... Please read the instructions carefully before you start each part of the project, so that you can plan and design thoroughly. 1) ICO: We need one ico file showing a rising sun behind the earth (exactly like in the [login to view URL] file attached here). Please do not(!) use photography images to design this ico. 2) LOGO: We need one company logo (gif file: 100x100 pixels) w/o any text and with a transparent background. Our company is a language learning website. The main shape in the logo should be a circle. The main motif - once again - should be a rising sun behind the earth (similar, but not identical to attached [login to view URL]). The earth should be more blueish instead of black like in the attached [login to view URL] file. Please do not(!) use photography images to design this logo. 3) ANIMATED BANNERS: We need 2 "advertize with us"-banners (both 468(width)x60(height)). These banners should be animated gifs running repetitively through three major stages/frames and displaying a different text in each stage. The transitions between the stages have to be smooth and not(!) sudden. The background may change slightly between the stages. But the main change between the three stages will be the text that alternates. (maybe the background's animations could even be totally independent of the three texts/frames) The difference between the two requested ANIMATED BANNERS should solely lie in the background design and style. The texts will be the same (see below). The background of the banners is yours to choose and design. However, please use light colors (e.g. a cloud/heaven motif or a bright landscape). Nothing dark. Also, no(!) sun behind earth motif (like for the logo and the ico files). Please use only(!) photography images/pictures (no drawings/paintings) to design the background of these banners. As mentioned before: The text for these animated banners has to be editable by us! Thus, we need full access to the source files of the images and would like to know, with what software you design so we can prepare ourselves better. For now, as the 3 sequential texts for both banners, you can use: 1st frame: "Get high Quality Traffic for your Website" 2nd frame: "by showing your Ad/Banner here ..." 3rd frame: "... on BabelNation.com" Again, please read the instructions carefully before you start each part of the project! It would help you and us a lot if you sent samples when bidding for this project (e.g. in a much smaller format or black-and-white) so we can see whether your style matches with what we have in mind.
