autostart application

I have a finished application for CD-ROM delivery (autostart exe which runs a swf container and loads multiple swf files). All the files work and all the graphics are finished. I have an autostart that runs the container swf, but I would like something a bit more professional-looking.

I need to build the following:

- a "real" professional-looking autostart functionality with a splash page (already created). The splash is a swf animatino, with only a logo and welcome, with three buttons: a "run application", "full-screen" (which toggles to 80%) and "exit" button (already created);

- "favicon" custom icon (icon already created) shows on desktop when CD is running;

- important: must automatically start on PC and MAC when the CD loads, and should be tested on all platforms;

this is a small but important job, since it's the first impression a user has and it really has to work. The programmer should have multiple platforms for testing, and PC and MAC.
