Convert Basic Site to Dynamic Professional Site

I have a basic google site website at [login to view URL] that i need to take to a more dynamic professional level. I have another project similar that I will use the same designer for if the first project is excellent. I have two friends with sites that I find to be very attractive, interactive and professional. I would like my site to match my line of business but contain features like these. The two sites are [login to view URL] and www.wakeuptv.com. I think the Freeman Foxx site is the one that is closer to what I want since it is focused on sales. I am an independent health, dental, vision and other related insurance consultant and sales person. My site is both for prospects and customers. It current gathers prospects using google forms and google docs spreadsheet. I use mail chimp as my email campaign manager. I would like potential customers to be able to obtain quotes for my service packages based on criteria they enter. I would like a more professional looking logo and banner for the page as well and connection with social media like facebook, twitter, google+ and linkedin. I would love to give more information but this is the best I can do given my limited knowledge of website design. Rudy
