We (a Toronto Courier service) would like a program (can be either a web application or not) that calculates the price of a courier delivery when one types in the pick up an delivery addresses. We have a rate map on the city of Toronto which is divided into zones based on street bounderies and the dividing line is down the centre of the street. (i.e. if the zone boundery was Bloor St., adresses on the north side would be in a different zone from addresses on the south side) The program would have to be able to calculate how much a delivery costs from picking up in one zone and traversing other zones to get to the delivery point.
