Custom AS3 Preloader and Template Base Conversion

Hello All!
What im needing is a preloader created that can be easily adjusted/skinned with graphics per project on the timeline. An example link of what im trying to acheive is here - [url removed, login to view] - Also if interested could you please quote on this as well? Im wanting to convert a Template file that I created in AS2 to AS3! Ive attached the files for you. Ive already set up a base for the AS3 version just need the functionality applied to it. What I need is below:
1. SWFAddress applied to the AS3 Template version
2. Code applied to achieve the functionality of Transition between external swfs (code on the individual btns in the “[url removed, login to view]” file and in the individual sections actions layer (ex. [url removed, login to view]) files.
3. Preloader (from above) applied to the main "[url removed, login to view]" as well as to each individual Section (ex. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc).
