Design website for Social Club - Flash/CMS

I am looking for a creative website designer with excellent flash skills. I would like to design a website for a small social / working mans club; I can supply all content and various images (which may need editing). I need to update this site at least once a month to advertise the latest performers and so would like to tie the site into a database backend; I'll update the database with the performers photograph together with information about the times, charges etc. The main focus is for the front page. This theme should be carried through to the others. I anticipate the site to contain only a few pages. All of these pages should have the same theme....I'd prefer the top banner to be animated. 1) Home 2) About Us 3) Member Facilities 4) Forthcoming Attractions 5) Contact Us - which should contain a map/directions (these menu options may be altered) I would like the forthcoming attractions page to take its input directly from the database and only display those performances that have not yet performed. The winning bidder will be asked to demonstrate between 3 and 5 concept sites - these need not work; just give an idea of what can be done. One of the concept sites will be agreed on and work to complete these will then be required. Concept sites are required within 14 days of the project assignment. Once agreed, I require the completed site within 28 days. Please include samples of your previous work; all bids without samples will be ignored.
