We have an incompleted website that needs completion.

The site needs carefull attention to design detail during the completion process. The most important aspect of the site is the design. It has to visually be competitive with our competitor's sites:

We currently have a discussion forum, shopping cart, some simple flash in the site. We will provide the incomplete site for your review. We will need CMS (Joomla) if possible. We will provide most of the pictures needed for the site but it will need some stock photos for completion. We are also looking to change one of the flash components and create a new flash for the site. We also NEED to have all the work as soon as possible

With the Joomla, we will need to have video upload capabilities, discussion forum, integration of our current custom shopping cart (see our current site [url removed, login to view]). NOTE: that is not the site that needs completion. The incomplete site is not hosted yet.
