Adobe-Air Flex desktop multi-platform application

I need an application built in Adobe Air and Flex that will do back-ups of user defined folders on a flash drive. Please read the description carefully before you post your bid. Application must: --------------------- 1. Install itself on a stick so that it runs every time it's connected to the computer where it was installed from 2. Scans and copies new and changed files to the stick based on a filter from specified directory 3. Use the MFT (Mater file table) records to compare and find new file entries 4. Use a standalone, rapid access database file (such as SQLite) to store file information 5. Keeps old file versions and a log of deleted files 6. Allows user to explore the copied files and copy a file version or a full folder snapshot What I have: ---------------- - the UI design (.psd files) - requirements/specs What I need: ---------------- - fully working application - nice to have (extra/bonus): implemented diff algorithm for file versions Timeframe for delivery and other conditions: ------------------------------------------------------- I need to have this completed in beta in 15 days with another 5 days dedicated to fixing bugs and/or optimizing the application Payment will be based on agreed milestones: If the milestone date is not met, we reserve the right to stop any further development and/or drop the project. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform AIR, ActionScript, Flash, Flex, Mac OS
