Create ~20 Page Flash Presentation

Hello, I need a flash presentation created, with approximately 20 pages with some details about our company and a particular product offering. I'd like some sort of contents icon, and page indicator icon on all of the pages, as well as a back/next/contents button visible at all times for easy navigation through the slideshow. One of the slides also need to incorporate an interactive budget calculator that will just involve entering 5 to 10 fields of data, and some basic math operations performed on them to get the results. I'd also like a slide at the end that will let the person request additional information that will post to a web form on our server to email us with the information from the form (I'll handle the web form programming, just need to make sure this can be done in flash to post to our server.) Initially I'd like to get a template for one or two of the pages. I'll provide a hi-res version of our company logo and some examples of our websites, but you can get a feel for a design we like at: [login to view URL] The slideshow should be animated, but done subtley and professionally (not overdone). I will provide an initial version of the content for the 20 pages to qualified bidders, it will be mostly text (but I'll need you to come up with graphics and design elements to make it more compelling). Please be sure to provide examples of your previous work in flash so I'll have something to judge your bid by. Additionally, please allow for a round or two of revisions to the text in your bid, this will be reviewed by several people on our and and it usually takes a couple versions for everyone to be happy.
