Custom FLV Player for Live NewsCast Broadcasting

1) At the end of playing a video file, HOLD on the LAST FRAME (keeping last frame on screen) [my Applian FLV-F4V Player does this already -- but not the rest below]; 2) Upon LOADING a video file, HOLD on the FIRST FRAME and don't start playing until the play button (on function key <ESC>) is pressed; 3) Create a SELECT DIRECTORY button (for example on <F3>) from which video files play [my Applian FLV Player will do this in part, but not no.2 above and not the rest below]; 4) Create a ''NEXT file'' button (for example on <F1>) that LOADS the next file in the pre-selected directory (loading the next video file after the currently played video in alpha-numeric order) (and each time NEXT is pressed it keeps cycling down one more file in ascendable order -- and either stop at the end of the directory or cycle back to the top) ; 5) When the NEXT button is pressed, the next video file (see no. 4 above) loads and the screen DISSOLVES from the frozen LAST FRAME of the currently played video file to the FIRST FRAME of the newly loaded next video (but does not start playing until the play button is pressed). 6) Create an option for the video to PLAY by depressing a function key (for example <ESC>). 7) Create a PREVIOUS file button (for example on <F2>) that when pressed will take the user backward thru the files in the no. 3 above Select Directory (and each time PREVIOUS is pressed it keeps cycling up one more file in decendable order -- and either stop at the beginning of the directory or cycle back to the bottom). 8) I would like an option to make the window screen size to be one of a few common selectable sizes in both 16:9 and 4:3 ratios -- and to be able to STAY THAT SIZE as selected in the option box so that the window size remains the same selected size regardless of the dimensions of the FLV video file being played (so that I don't have to come back and adjust the the framing on my Desktop Presenter because of a changed window size when a different size video file is playing) and put this on a function key <F4> (with default set to 640x360 centered in the screen, and with one of the option sizes being 320x180 and another as 320x240). 9) The video player also be able to display a jpeg or gif file if such file is placed in the Selected Directory and that file stretch to fit the window size selected in no. 8 above. 10) Have a blank black screen (and allow for a user-loadable and selectable graphic via function key <F5>) that will appear when an empty or no directory is selected (or during a mal-function). 11) Have an always-on-top option on function key <F6>). 12) Have a Logo option on <F7> that allows a user-loaded logo to be super-imposed over the video playing -- with this option allowing for the placement and sizing and amount of transparency of the logo. (This is not the same as the screen graphic that can be selected in no. 10 above on <F5>.) 13) If possible, make this program either bring up the Telestream DeskTop Presenter program (free from Telestream) or have it have the Desktop Presenter functions built into it so that when pressing the <F8> function key, DeskTop Presenter is loaded and works with this program (and automatically defaults to a framing size of 640x360 framed ready-to-go.) 14) Audio level options on <F9> with default level set to 100 percent (and an audio slider below the screen window). 15) Have an EXIT program option on a function key on <F10>. 16) Have a bump-ahead by ten seconds feature on function key <F11> -- this feature would jump the video ahead while playing to a spot ten seconds past the current spot and continue playing from there. 17) Have a bump-bacward by ten second feature on function key <F12> -- this feature would jump the video backward while playing to a spot ten seconds before the current spot and continue playing there. 18) Put name on menu: COGTV Media Player. 19) Reverse video option on bottom panel.
