Custom Flash Video Player

We are building a portal that currently uses the following flash player to stream videos. [login to view URL] We are needing someone to implement changes in this product. We need: the ability to force viewers to watch an ad before streaming, the ability to embed links, and turn on and off the controls during ads some options similar to the youtube style player at the end, that gives the user options to view similar titles, or allows us to deliver ads. We also need the ability to 'skin' the player, and change the style / appearence all these behaviours have to be configurable on our end via flash vars or an xml file
