Custom Image Flash

I require a custom flash application created that will perform the following functions: 1) User will be able to select from a variety of 'templates' (templates will be provided). 2) Once a template is selected the user will be able to choose from a variety of options such as adding text, sparkles ect to the image. 3) Once the user has finished 2 images will need to be created: a) one full size image of their creation b) one thumbnail size of their creation 4) These images need to be saved on the server 5) A MySQL entry needs to be created containing information about these images. PLEASE NOTE All graphical work for this project will be supplied by our graphics team. You will be responsible purely for the creation of the programming aspect and final delivery. A php developer will be on hand to assist and explain the operation of the database.
