Design in Flash

We need someone to help us in developing a 2d flash animation using a style similar to the animations you can find at [login to view URL] with the following script. Aprox duration 15-20 seconds. 1st scene: A woman standing in normal position. 2nd scene: Above the woman head a figure appears showing she has a dream . Inside that figure she thinks she is getting an educational diploma. 3rd scene: A cord appears from the woman´s hand and grabs the dream. 4rd scene: The cord gets broken and the dream starts moving towards the right, leaving the woman behind it. 5st scene: The woman runs to try to grab the cord and she can´t reach it.
