Development of computer game

This game is designed for under 13 year olds. Object of the game is for users to create a product such as, houses, cars etc. The challenge for the player is to build these creations given an allocated amount of money, and then to sell the virtual product in the game for a profit. **Interaction The game aims to achieve parent evolvement through email. The responses that are received from the emails will have the power to impact the game that the child is playing, giving the user additional challenges, and restrictions. ** The game needs to continue to run seamlessly for the user, whilst waiting on the responses to the email. **Number of screens** ? 15 - 20. With 1 main screen from which the user can enter into different stores, and travel to different towns which are all located and accessed from the main screen. Main screen should be able to be zoomed in and out of, and map like in nature. **Sound -** User should have the option to turn on or off the sound. The sound should have programmed sound effects, and music. These sound effects should show the passing of time, represent the sounds that would be involved in the creation of the products. **Platform** on which the game will be offered is a PC, and will be available to purchase and download through use of password and usernames online. Needs to be compatible with Windows and Mac OS. **Graphics** are to be 2D. As the game is targeted at the under 13 age bracket the colours in the design need to be vibrant, and cheerful. We want to eventually take the source and be able to create other games out of it, i.e. one that could plug into FB. ## Deliverables
