Daily Article to be translated into spanish

I am a consultant and I write articles in english and usually have my staff translate into spanish. The articles are 2 paragraphs long and would need to be translated into spanish. Google translate is not an option as the readers would know if I was using such a tool. I am in the process of taking spanish classes so I will eventually write myself. The ghost writers needs to be able to read and write in spanish and the readers must feel it is not being translated via Google translate or any other translation tool. I appreciate your help!
