This is a commercial cleaning company and we are taking over a holiday park from another company. The company has a Google Docs Excel spreadsheet that controls the working day. The holiday park enters the lodge number and the spread sheet automatically enters the details of the lodge - i.e. how many beds/ hot tubs/ VIP etc. Please see the headings in the attached document. The drop downs change the colour of the cell as a visual check on progress.
