Design a Banner color style , logo , increase resolution picture

I am a real estate agent .Objective :win customers from other real estate agents TASK: 1) Attached [login to view URL] is a banner of belonging to my competitor. The banner consist of 3 main color blue, red ,yellow .. black and white text I want you to create a banner that will outshine/outbeat his banner in terms of usage of color and etc. You are required to give me 3 diff banners design that will outshine/outbeat his banner My motive is create a attractive banner so customers will call me instead of calling other agents 2) [login to view URL] has the pictures that I would like to put in the banner My banners are huge 15ft x 15ft When we enlarge the pictures in [login to view URL] to fix in the big banner , it becomes distorted/blurr maybe due to low resolution/pixel of the pictures You are required to increase the ALL pictures in the [login to view URL] to super high resolution/pixel so that it that when it is enlarged to be placed on a huge banner it does not become distorted/blurr Skills required: Banner Design, Graphic Design 3)Create eyes catchy logo attached to my property banner so that they remember this special banner and would increase my call rate. You are required to produce 3 catchy logo example :creating a logo with a superman flying / holding a property logo .
