We have described our understanding and requirement mapping for Project status report in two parts. 1. Functional Requirement & 2. Technical Requirement. 1. Functional Requirement. Project status report is unique approach to identify management that offers user quickly know what happening in report, easy to work, increase productivity, summary of all project, projects goal and objective. We need to calculate employee daily, weekly and monthly report status. We need to also check the how many projects are completed, progress and plan. The main goal is project Progress, Plan and Problems (PPP) is management technique for recurring daily, weekly and monthly status reporting. 2. Technical Requirement. We can provide solution in two ways. 1. SharePoint 2013 Site Template. 2. WebPart (WSP) for this project.
